Things to Do Nearby
Hill House is located at the end of a 1.3 mile lane looking out across the river Orwell. The commercial part of the farm is no longer located at this farm thus ensuring a safe and quiet environment. It is 2.5 miles from Shotley village and 20 - 25 minutes by car to Ipswich town centre. There is a bus stop at the top of the lane (1.3 miles) from where you can catch a bus to neighbouring villages and Ipswich. The Butt & Oyster pub at Pin Mill is 1 hours walk and the Shipwreck Pub at Shotley Marina is a 45 minute brisk walk along the river bank in opposite directions.
