Directions:

At A12 / A 14 interchange take the A14 for Felixstowe and exit on the next slip road: A137 for Ipswich Central, Brantham & Shotley. Left at the top of slip road: B1456 for Shotley. Down the hill past dry ski slope to mini-roundabout.

Turn right, signposted B1456 for Shotley and continue for 4 miles along the river and through Woolverstone and Chelmondiston. 1 mile after Chelmondiston, turn left at the bus-stop, down Wades Lane, No-Through Road. Continue for 1 mile. Go past Charity Farm, and Hill House is one-third of a mile further down Wades Lane on the right.
