Enjoy a bed and breakfast stay at Hill House, our Georgian Grade II listed home on the banks of the River Orwell between Pin Mill and Shotley, but convenient for the A14 and Ipswich.
The Red bedroom (Room 1) is a very spacious room with impressive river views from its bay window and is elegantly furnished. This bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with daisy head power shower over the bath, Georgian style basin and a wall heater. It is located on the first floor in the house and accessed by its own staircase.
Breakfast is served at a long table in the dining room where the French windows provide wonderful views of the river and of wildlife in their natural habitat. Breakfasts are freshly cooked on the Aga using locally produced sausages and bacon, home-made preserves and eggs from the chickens in the orchard.
There is also an elegant sitting room for guests use, complete with traditional open fireplace.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and relax on the terrace in fine weather.
