Prices per room per night for two people including full English breakfast using locally sourced fresh produce. Vegetarian and lighter options are also available.

• Twin or superking with ensuite £82.50 (1 night) £75 (more than 1 night)
• Single occupancy from £50 (not Saturday nights 1 May - 30 September) but may be released on the Thursday before a weekend subject to availability
• We regret that we do not accept children under 7 years of age
• Children sharing a room 7-10 years £20 per night at any time.
• Over 10 years £25 per night at any time.

Saturday night only bookings in July & August - £90

Bank Holidays - £75 / night with a minimum of a two night stay - we regret there is no single occupancy rate. One night stays may be available; please enquire a week before.

Payment in cash or cheque with a valid cheque card please; by on-line banking; by Chip & Pin debit or credit card (we do not accept American Express or Diners Club).

There is a £2 surcharge for using credit cards (not debit cards).

We are open all year except at Christmas and are sometimes open at the New Year

Arrival & Departure

Arrival is between 4.30 & 6.30 pm. Check out is by 10.30 am on the morning of departure.

It is against the law to smoke in the house but you may do so on the terrace or in the garden.

Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person per night for stays of more than one night is payable at the time of booking. Guests are liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date if we are unable to re let the room for the full length of the booking period. In order to cover this cost it is recommended that guests should consider taking out their own travel insurance.

A refund (less deposit) will be given if more than 14 days' notice of a cancellation is received.
