Prices per room per night for two people including full English breakfast using our own locally sourced fresh produce. Vegetarian and lighter options are also available.

• Twin or superking with ensuite £70(one night) / £65 (more than one night).
• Twin or superking room with private bathroom £70(one night) / £65 (more than one night).
• Single occupancy from £45 (not Saturday nights 1 May – 30 September ) but may be released on the Thursday before a weekend subject to availability.
• We regret that we do not accept children under 7 years of age.
• Children sharing a room 7-10 years £18 per night at any time.
• Over 10 years £20 per night at any time.

Bank Holidays - £70 / night with a minimum of a two night stay - we regret there is no single occupancy rate.

Discounts available for stays longer than 3 nights.

Payment in cash or cheque with a valid cheque card please; by on-line banking; by Chip & Pin debit or credit card (we do not accept American Express or Diners Club).

There is a £2 surcharge for using credit cards (not debit cards).

We are open all year except at Christmas and are sometimes open at New Year.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival is between 4:30 & 6:30pm unless previously arranged otherwise. Check out is by 10:30am on the morning of departure.

All the rooms in the house are non-smoking.

Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person per night (min £20) is payable at the time of booking. Guests may be liable for the whole amount in the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date and if we are unable to re-let the room for the full length of the booking. In order to cover this cost it is recommended that guests should consider taking out their own travel insurance.

A full refund will be given if more than 14 days notice of a cancellation is received.
